We were delighted to host Granddad and Grandma for Thanksgiving this year. We started off their visit with a trip to our favorite oceanfront rental house on the coast.
We ate delicious meals, cozied up in front of the fire, played games, and Deals bonded with her grandparents while I worked on my laptop set up at the table in front of that relaxing view.
We returned to Portland just in time to celebrate Thanksgiving.
Back at home we spent time outdoors in the beautiful fall weather and got into the holiday spirit with a trip to the Grotto, a Portland Christmas landmark where Deals delighted in the lights, carols, and animals.
