Connecticut trip

Deals and I are back home, happily reunited with Daddy (our first time away- it was tough on all of us).  My Mom and Steve spoiled us in their beautiful home with trips to parks and nature centers, delicious dinner and lunch parties with family members, endless entertainment (my Mom got a "grandma kit" from the Westport library to borrow complete with children's music CDs and instruments, wooden toy animals, and, of course, lots of great books), and one-on-one painting projects and imaginitive play for Mimi and granddaughter providing me with luxuries stay-at-home mamas don't usually indulge in like extra-long showers and even some naps.  They were even thoughtful enough to order perfect weather for our stay!
